The Basics

- Bookings for Pickup/Return on Public Holidays will incur a surcharge

- Once you submit your order we will confirm availability for your order, usually within 24hrs

- Change your dates (subject to availability) up to 14 days before your trip

- Change your dates (subject to availability) within 14 days of your trip, $50 fee

- Cancel your order for a 50% refund up to 7 days before your trip

- Cancel your order with no refund within 7 days of your trip

- Pickup from 1pm (earlier pickup fee available at checkout, contact to check time)

- Credit Card required for Security Bond on pickup of items

- Return Camping Gear by 12pm (later return fee option available at checkout, contact to check time)

- Replacement Fees Apply if items are returned damaged 

- All Camping Gear must be returned clean and dry

- Excess Cleaning Charges Apply if items are returned damp, wet or excessively soiled
